🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Changes
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items only. For return instructions, please contact us by email.
Are personalized items eligible for returns?
Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse cancellation if the order has already been processed.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be modified as long as they have not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible for any changes.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

🎨 Design, Printing & Quality
What printing methods do you use?
We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, depending on the product. The printing method used is specified in each product description.
Will the print fade over time?
Our prints are designed to last. To maintain quality, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding high heat drying.
Are the colors accurate?
We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
