SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Matchy Crew, we strive to provide a simple, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Many of our products are made to order through independent print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners. This means that products are produced after an order is placed, before being shipped to the customer. Please review our shipping destinations, shipping costs, processing times, and estimated delivery timeframes below.

 

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

United States

Matchy Crew ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer shipping to Puerto Rico, supported U.S. territories, and eligible APO/FPO/DPO addresses, subject to carrier and product availability. Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.

International Shipping

Matchy Crew offers international shipping to a wide range of countries worldwide. Available destinations depend on the product, fulfillment partner, and shipping carrier. To check whether we ship to your country, enter your delivery address during checkout. Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed before payment.
Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs requirements, or fulfillment limitations.

 

2. SHIPPING COSTS

United States — Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• No minimum purchase required.
• No standard shipping fees.
• No additional standard shipping charge for orders containing multiple packages.

Expedited shipping, if available, may incur additional charges displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates for Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses will be displayed during checkout. 

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: $7.95 USD

The $7.95 rate applies only where that shipping option is available and configured for the selected destination and products. If different rates apply, the applicable amount will be clearly displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges. Matchy Crew is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

Many Matchy Crew products are manufactured or printed after an order has been placed.

Estimated production and handling time: 1–3 business days.

This includes order preparation, printing or embroidery, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or applicable holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Matchy Crew does not advertise a specific daily order cut-off time. Orders are submitted for processing according to the operational schedules of our fulfillment partners. Production estimates begin when an order has been accepted and released for fulfillment.

No same-day processing or dispatch is guaranteed.

 

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

United States

Our estimated standard delivery timeframes for the United States are:

These estimates apply to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, based on our standard shipping arrangements.

The total estimated delivery timeframe includes production and shipping transit, assuming no additional delay before production begins.

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier operations, fulfillment availability, or other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

For Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, transit times may differ depending on the carrier and destination. Available delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout where supported.

International Shipping

Our estimated international delivery timeframes are:

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs clearance, and fulfillment location.

Some destinations may require additional transit time.

Any more specific delivery estimate provided during checkout will apply to the relevant shipping option.

 

5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when tracking information is available.

This email may contain a tracking number or a link to the carrier's tracking website.

Tracking information may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If your order contains multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking notifications.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

We make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframes. However, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to production issues, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised shipping period, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law. These may include agreeing to a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Where no shipping timeframe is stated, applicable legal shipping deadlines will apply.

7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@matchy-crew.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment. However, address modifications may not be possible after an order has entered production or has been dispatched. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

 

8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or is missing items, please contact us at: support@matchy-crew.com

Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to investigate the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, reshipment, or refund.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights.

 

9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Because our products may be fulfilled by different print-on-demand partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Each shipment may have its own tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees for separate shipments within orders eligible for free U.S. shipping.

For international orders, any applicable shipping charges will be disclosed at checkout.

Products individually personalized according to customer instructions may be subject to specific voluntary return restrictions where legally permitted.
